The ViP Suite is the most prestigious apartment in the villa. It is large, with an excellent view, comfortable and hyper-technological.

With 160 metres of floorspace, it occupies the entire main floor. In addition to the three bedrooms, two additional beds are available in an area of the living room. It can accommodate up to 9 people.

The entrance and hallway.

The bedroom and bathroom area is separated by three steps from the kitchen and family room.

The kitchen is modern, with a central island in a bar-counter style.

The kitchen is equipped with a sink, cooking surface, electric convection oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.
Small Appliances: food processor, microwave, American coffee maker, juicer, etc.
Full set of dishes, cutlery, glasses and cups.

A covered terrace is accessible from the family room and kitchen.

A beautiful 32-inch flat-screen television with built-in satellite receiver is mounted on the wall, and there is an Apple Mac Mini computer with remote control, wireless mouse and keyboard.

The computer is accessible in several languages and it can be used for web browsing. It contains iTunes with thousands of albums and controls the hi-fi system which plays music in all of the rooms.

The family room.

A 42-inch flat-screen Philips television with AmbiLight LED lighting system, DVD and BluRay Disc player.

An HD satellite receiver for all European channels (Astra and Eutelsat).

For viewing films, a Sony 6.1-channel Home-Cinema sound system.

An Asus EeeBoxPc computer with Windows 7 with remote control, wireless mouse and keyboard. It can be use for web surfing. It contains “Media Center” with thousands of albums and, even from the living room, it is possible to control the hi-fi system which plays music in all of the rooms.

The living room is very large and has three windows.

In the living room, in addition to the large sofa which can be used to bring the whole family together in front of the television, there is a zone separated by an arch in which there is another sofa that can become a bed for two.

The maximum number of guests that the VIP Suite can accommodate is therefore nine.

The master bedroom.

Modern/ethnic furniture. Flat screen TV LCD radio alarm clock. Window with a view of the sea.

Guest room.

A room-wardrobe with all of the necessary space for baggage and clothes.

There are two single beds which, if necessary, can be joined to form one double bed.

Children's room.

There are two single beds (which can be joined) plus an additional bed below the desk, which can be pulled out and used by a third guest.
Space for reading and playing. TV and DVD player.

For the babies...

A cot is available for infants if required, and there is a high chair and a baby-changing unit.

The bathroom.

Large and well lit, includes tub with shower, sink and large mirror.

A second little bathroom is available in the inner stairs.

Technology.

The apartment boasts the most up-to-date technologies: two high-definition TVs, a BluRay player, satellite receiver and a Home-Theatre system with 6.1-channel audio.
Two computers for web surfing and play music in all of the rooms with a 1000-watt hi-fi system.
A high-speed Internet connection, which can also be used wirelessly for your portable devices for free and with no time restrictions.
